Stephen congratulated 18 individuals and 10 organizations in Orléans for receiving over $242,000 in grant funding to further pursue the Arts in the community.
Arts, music, theatre and drama play an important role in shaping the livelihood of our communities, and it is welcoming to hear that Orléans has so many dedicated members pursuing and excelling in the Arts.

Background: For more than 55 years, the Ontario Arts Council has played a vital role in promoting and assisting the development of the arts for the enjoyment and benefit of Ontarians. In 2021-22, the OAC invested its grant program budget of $56.4 million in 237 communities across Ontario through 2,665 grants to individual artists and 1,050 grants to organizations.
