The Orléans Health Hub has been under development for many years, and though collective hard work, on June 24th it opened its doors to the public for the first time.
This state-of-the-art facility has been long awaited in Ottawa’s east-end, and will promote a community-based health care approach. The services that will be available for patents are as follows:
- A needs-based ambulatory program
- Diagnostic imaging
- Geriatric support and wellness
- Mental health and wellness
- Active rehabilitation
For the first time, residents of east end Ottawa will have access to integrated programs close to home, and made available in both official languages.
Due to public health measures, the facility is currently limited to clients only. For more information, please visit the Orléans Health Hub website.
