The Ontario Government recently announced that Grade 10 students in Ontario will get mandatory education on the Holodomor famine in Ukraine as part of their Canadian history course beginning in fall 2025. 

I had the opportunity to visit and tour the Holodomor education bus as it visited Queen’s Park. The Holodomor Mobile Classroom (HMC) is a state-of-the-art, interactive multimedia environment, designed to engage and educate students and the public across Canada about the Ukrainian genocide.
