Ottawa-Carleton Regional Road 174, which is commonly referred to as Highway 174, is a city-maintained road in the City of Ottawa and serves the eastern suburbs of Orléans and Cumberland.

One of his early accomplishments was securing an environmental assessment for the expansion of Highway 174.
